The Election Commission will utilize a physical comment request card made available prior to and at the beginning of the meeting for any person who wants to provide comments to the Shelby County Election Commission (SCEC). The SCEC will provide each person that has filled out a comment card, requested to speak with a maximum of three (3) minutes to speak during the public comment period or during the requested agenda item discussion period.
