Qualifying Deadline - No later than 12:00 NOON prevailing time, municipal candidates, and candidates seeking to fill a vacancy in a county office on the November ballot must file their nominating petitions with the appropriate County Election Commission Office. (TCA §§ 2-5-101(a) and 5-1-104)
