The long-awaited, new voting machines arrived at the O.C. Pleasant Election Operations Center the 2nd week of August. A total of 1,100 of the machines are in storage at the Operations Center and voter orientation of the machines will begin next month.

Many thanks to the County Commission, which recognized the need and approved funding for the machines. Voters will have many opportunities to test out the machines before using them to cast their votes on November 8.
